Acram Gumisiriza has reportedly stirred online drama by using the TikTok account of his estranged wife, Hajjat Kulthum Nabunya, to post a heartfelt birthday message to himself.
Earlier today, followers of Kulthum were surprised to see a birthday tribute appear on her official TikTok page, seemingly directed at Acram.
The post wished him a long life, enough to see his great-grandchildren and also took aim at YouTubers and bloggers, accusing them of spreading false narratives about the couple’s breakup.
This incident comes shortly after Hajjat Kulthum publicly confirmed the end of her marriage to Acram.
Reacting to the viral post, Kulthum denied any involvement. She clarified that Acram is one of the three administrators on her TikTok account and suggested he used his access to publish the message without her consent.
Speaking to media personality Kasuku, Kulthum reaffirmed that she stands by her decision to separate from Acram.
She also noted that Muslim leaders are still overseeing the official divorce proceedings.
